I have found my new best friend in Cloud Rent. Having been in the estimating field for over 20 years, this is by far the best system to use for our industry. I thought I used to be very efficient in sending out a quote to a customer in less than 15 min, now it takes me less than a minute to send a quote. It has every feature in our industry to make our team's life easier and more effective. Cloud Rent has the ability to store documents, photos, have field crews held accountable for their jobs on install and off hire, and be able to have our whole team view the customer information within a second...it has made our department run more efficient and I can see a strong increase in my ability to beat out our competition by getting the quotes signed quicker. I was looking for a great and simple software to use for my Machinery Rental Company located here in Austin Texas, USA. All the other options were expensive and hard to use, until I found Cloudrent, great price and easy to use. I love the colorful interface, and the option to access my google calendar. I can run my reports in a few clicks and also see all my open orders at a glance. it does have so many options, I definitely recommend to everyone.
